A historia dos grandes lideres e o trabalho incansavel de quem luta e conquista mudancas que fazem o mundo melhor sao sempre inspiradores, mas as vezes me parecem tao distantes! Eu procuro inspiracao nas coisas mais simples: um solzinho na janela de manha, o sorriso de uma crianca no onibus, abrir o jornal e ver ao menos uma noticia boa, sentir o cheiro familiar de cafe quente, ouvir alguem falar de seus planos, uma musica alto-astral, um passeio por uma rua que eu nao conhecia antes... tudo... A good leader is one who carries the burdens of those they are leading. He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated. الشباب الذين برغم جميع المصاعب و الحالة المتردية في مجتمعي يحاولون تغيير الاوضاع الى واقع افضل عن طريق بدء مشاريع او بمناقشة مشاكل المجتمع و زيادة الوعي ان المشكلة موجودة لان الخطوة الاولى لحل اي مشكلة هي الاعتراف بوجودها. و كذلك يلهمني ان ارى انسان استطاع ان يخرج من دائرة... ( read more)
